The discount applies at every renewal and comes off the yearly price and headcount at that time. The invoice arrives a month before the term ends and can be paid at the discount until the term ends and for 15 more days. When paid late, the new year still counts from the end of the previous term. After that the invoice is cancelled and a new subscription is at full price. Monthly subscriptions and top-ups for new employees have no discount.

About

The base solution for internal teams: projects, tasks and deadlines on your own server. Kanban board, result review and time tracking in Kazakh, Russian and English.

What you get

  • Task board. Columns match the statuses: New, In progress, In review, Done, Canceled. Drag a card and the status changes. Filter by project and assignee, or show only "My tasks".
  • Result review. The assignee submits a task for review. The reviewer accepts it or returns it for revision.
  • Deadline control. The assignee gets a warning one day before the due date. If the date passes and the task is not finished, the author gets a message.
  • Time tracking. Estimate, spent and remaining. Log time by hand or with a timer. Subtasks count toward their task, and tasks add up to the project total.
  • Project registry. Status, owner, deadline and priority of every project in one table. Project progress is calculated from its tasks.
  • Discussion on the card. Comments, mentions, files and watchers on project and task cards.
  • Shared pool. The "Task pool" group sees tasks with no assignee. An employee from the group takes one on.

Who it is for

What is included

The "Project" and "Task" processes, the project registry and the task board. To start, create two employee groups: "Employees" and "Task pool". No connectors, scripts or AI agents are needed. Reminders arrive as internal notifications. Email and SMS can be connected in the installation settings.

What comes next

This is the base solution of a product line. You can buy it and run it on its own. Separate solutions on the same core are planned:

  • Client Projects for agencies and integrators: client, budget, client report.
  • Project Office for medium and large businesses: portfolios and programs, planned and actual budget, resources, management reports.
  • Construction and Sites for developers and construction companies: sites, stages, contractors, estimates.
  • IT Development for product teams: sprints, backlog, epics, releases.

The base solution has none of this. It also has no Gantt chart or code repository integrations.
